Israeli Ambassador Miriam Ziv hailed this as a “positive” step for ties between the two countries, both diplomatic and cultural.

OTTAWA–Canada stood alone before a United Nations human rights council yesterday, the only one among 47 nations to oppose a motion condemning the Israeli military offensive in Gaza.

The vote before the Geneva-based body shows the Stephen Harper government has abandoned a more even-handed approach to the Middle East in favour of unalloyed support of Israel, according to some long-time observers.

Thirty-three countries voted for the strongly worded motion, which called for an investigation into “grave” human rights violations by Israeli forces, while 13 nations, mostly European, abstained.

George Galloway, a British member of Parliament, has been banned from Canada on security grounds, the country’s immigration service has confirmed.

Mr Galloway, a Respect Party MP, said the ban was “idiotic” and he would look at legal action to try to overturn it.

British media reported the decision was due to his views on Afghanistan and the presence of Canadian troops there.

Immigration Minister Jason Kenney announced the task force in Toronto this morning at the start of a conference on the Holocaust that marks the 70th anniversary of Canada’s refusal to let hundreds of Jewish refugees aboard the St. Louis from Hamburg, Germany dock in Canada. The ship was forced to return to Europe and the refugees dispersed to various countries. Many would not survive World War II.

Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper’s government publicly supported Israel’s brutal assault on Gaza and voted alone at the UN Human Rights Committee in defense of Israel’s actions three weeks ago. Now Canada has taken over Israeli diplomacy. Literally.

In solidarity with Gaza, Venezuela expelled Israel’s ambassador at the start of the bombardment and then broke off all diplomatic relations two weeks later. Israel need not worry since Ottawa plans to help out. On 29 January, The Jerusalem Post reported that “Israel’s interests in Caracas will now be represented by the Canadian Embassy.” This means Canada is officially Israel, at least in Venezuela.

Canada’s Conservative Party, led by Prime Minister Stephen Harper, has continued trying to win more votes from the 350,000-strong Jewish community by ever-so-delicately implying that its rivals are not big fans of Israel. (As in the United States, Canada’s relatively small Jewish population is disproportionately powerful. Canadian Jews tend to favor the Liberal Party, but there has been the inkling of a trend in the other direction.) Previously, Conservatives sent mailers to strategic neighborhoods asserting that several Liberal MPs attended the anti-Zionist Durban I conference (several did, though some claim this was to defend Israel); that Liberal Party leader Michael Ignatieff accused Israel of “war crimes” (he did, and has apologized); and that the party is soft on Hamas and Hezbollah (debatable at the very best)..

One of the most recent – but almost totally unreported – developments in Canada is something called the Canadian Parliamentary Coalition to Combat Antisemitism (CPCCA). It is not an official parliamentary body but is a multi-party, voluntary association of 13 MPs. OTTAWA – The United Church of Canada and other Canadian churches are demanding Prime Minister Stephen Harper explain why one of his cabinet ministers accused them of being anti-Semitic.

The United, Catholic and Anglican churches are part of KAIROS, an aid group that was shocked to hear Immigration Minister Jason Kenney say its funding was lifted as part of the Conservatives’ effort to cut off anti-Semitic organizations.

When George W. Bush was President, he greatly advanced the prospect of integrating the United States with a North American Union (NAU). With no thanks to most Christian conservatives or the mainstream news media, hundreds of thousands of patriotic Americans rallied against this proposal and–at least temporarily–seriously stymied Bush’s draconian dream. But if you thought President Barack Obama would be content to let the NAU die a natural death, think again.

Reporting for World Net Daily, author/researcher Jerome Corsi recently reported, “President Obama is continuing President George W. Bush’s effort to advance North American integration with a public-relations makeover calculated to place the program under the radar of public opinion and to deflect concerns about border security and national sovereignty.

“The Obama administration has ‘rebranded’ and ‘refocused’ the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP, to advance the Bush administration’s agenda of North American integration under the rubric of the “North American Leaders Summit,’ a less controversial banner, according to confidential sources in the U.S. Department of Commerce and State Department who agreed to speak with WND only if their comments were kept off the record.”

As further evidence of President Obama’s determination to continue the Bush policy of a commercial union between countries (or “League of Democracies” as John McCain called it), Corsi also reported, “President Obama has actively backtracked on his campaign promises to renegotiate NAFTA to get provisions more favorable to American workers.”

Corsi also wrote, “In the Ohio and Pennsylvania Democratic Party primaries, candidate Obama had pledged to renegotiate NAFTA as part of his appeal to workers in the states that have lost manufacturing jobs under the free trade agreements negotiated by Presidents Clinton and George W. Bush.”

However, Obama is now viewed as reneging on that campaign promise by appointing University of Chicago economics professor, Austan Goolsbee, as chief economist and staff director of the newly created Presidential Economic Recovery Advisory Board, which is chaired by former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker. Obama also appointed Goolsbee to the Council of Economic Advisors, or CEA, which is charged with assisting in the development of White House economic policy, according to Corsi.

Readers should know that Goolsbee is a fellow traveler of Robert Pastor, longtime professor at American University. And readers should well remember that Pastor is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and one of the chief promoters and architects of the NAU. Of course, Volcker is also a member of the CFR. In fact, at last count, President Obama has appointed at least 20 members of the CFR to key positions within his cabinet and administration.

Ever since the administrations of George Herbert Walker Bush and Bill Clinton, one fact remains constant: regardless of petty partisan differences, the push for globalism continues. Both Bush administrations (Republican) and the Clinton and Obama administrations (Democrat) enthusiastically have embraced and endorsed the doctrines and principles of global unification. That equates to more than two decades of determined effort by both Republican and Democratic Presidential administrations to compromise U.S. sovereignty and independence. It also helps explain why neither recent Republican nor Democratic Presidential administrations have had any intention of securing our borders and putting a stop to illegal immigration–and why they all promoted the creation of the NAFTA superhighway.

And just as George W. Bush was willing to betray conservatives and Christians in order to achieve global unification, so, too, Barack Obama is willing to betray union workers and America’s tradesmen in order to accomplish the same agenda.

When will the American people wake up and realize that for the last twenty years, both major political parties (at the national level) have been co-opted by globalists and internationalists who have no respect or appreciation for U.S. sovereignty, and who desire to create world government? When will they look past party labels and start seeing these globalists for what they really are: traitors to the principles enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and upon which America was established?

I urge readers to watch very carefully–and prepare to vigorously resist–as Obama attempts to finalize what his predecessors started: the complete implementation of a North American Union and related globalization. You won’t find this information in the mainstream news media, of course. It will take independent writers and reporters to keep us abreast of these developments, and this we fully and faithfully intend to do.

In the meantime, know that those of us who believe in an independent and sovereign United States of America still do not have a friend in the White House–political party label notwithstanding.

The Harper government has allocated $300 million to vaccinate thousands of girls as young as age nine against a sexually transmitted disease, human papillomavirus (HPV), which occasionally causes cervical cancer.

The vaccine (Gardasil) only works on girls with no sexual experience. So instead of teaching these children that it is self-destructive and degrading to be promiscuous, the government is inoculating them as if they were becoming prostitutes.

Instead of selling these girls, the politicians are taking their cut up front, from big pharma, profiting from promiscuity in the name of protecting “public health.”

This is the shape of socialism in the New World Order: enriching corporations by degrading and drugging the population.

In an interview with CBC-TV, a representative of Merck-Frosst, the maker of the vaccine, admitted that lobbying is how pharma business is done in Canada. [Apparently a former adviser to Harper became a lobbyist for Merck. ]

The last time the Canadian government took such drastic action was during a polio outbreak in the 1950′s. But there is no epidemic of cervical cancer now. In fact, it doesn’t even rank in the top 10 cancers affecting Canadian women. Whereas 400 women die of cervical cancer each year, over 5000 die of breast cancer.

At the same time, society is giving children the message that being “sexually active” is part of “becoming a woman.” In fact, girls become women by preparing to become wives and mothers. Promiscuity just makes them feel worthless and unwanted.

In a TV report, a mother just laughs when her 13-year-old daughter announces her intention to become “sexually active” at age 16. A father thinks the new vaccine is really cool while his daughter sits beside him in stunned silence. What message is she getting?

The current Canadian government pretends to be socially conservative and espouse “family values.”  This is a funny way to do it.

BOONDOGGLE WITH CONSEQUENCES

At best, this vaccination campaign is a boondoggle for Merck. At worst it could have many negative effects. A reader from Argentina wrote that last Oct. the government tried to vaccinate girls for Rubeola but was stopped when some doctors revealed the vaccine contained a sterilization agent called prostaglandin.

A report for the Women’s Health Network by a McGill University epidemiologist calls the Canadian program “premature and could possibly have unintended negative consequences for individuals and for society as a whole.”

While as many as 50% of women get some form of HPV over their lifetime, the report says most of these do not result in cervical cancer and can be cured.

“Most HPV infections are cleared spontaneously. Recent research using available molecular detection technologies suggests that clearance occurs within one year for about 70 per cent of those infected, and within two years for 90 per cent. Thus, HPV infection and cervical cancer must not be conflated: most women who are infected with even a ‘high-risk’ strain of HPV will not develop cervical cancer.”

The report also states that clinical trials were insufficient to test the efficacy of the vaccine since the subjects were too young to be exposed to HPV.  The average cervical cancer patient is 47 years old so it isn’t clear how long the vaccine will remain effective.

During the last six months of 2006, the (US) National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) got 385 reports of adverse reactions to Gardasil.

“There are twice as many children collapsing and four times as many children experiencing tingling, numbness and loss of sensation after getting Gardasil vaccination compared to those getting a Tdap (tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis) vaccination.”

“There have been reports of facial paralysis and Guillain-Barre Syndrome. And doctors who give Gardasil in combination with other vaccines are basically conducting an experiment on their young patients because Merck has not published any safety data for simultaneous vaccination with any vaccine except hepatitis B vaccine.”

In May 2007, Judicial Watch reported 1600 adverse reactions to Gardasil including two deaths.

INSANITY

Next week in Toronto alone, 40,000 young girls and their parents will be pressured to allow an inoculation for a sexually transmitted disease. The reason for the pressure is that three injections are required over a six-months period i.e. the school year.

“My 12 year old daughter is facing this decision — her MD. has suggested we vaccinate her right away,” a mother posted on the CBC-TV web site. “I am NOT a skeptical person by any means but something about this whole campaign makes me very nervous. ”

At over $400 for the three-doses, this is most exorbitantly overpriced child vaccine in existence. Apparently Merck will be paying those Vioxx settlements at the expense of Canadian taxpayers and adolescent girls.

The unstated, and outrageous assumption behind this vaccination campaign is that promiscuity is the norm. Human papilloma virus will not be transferred if people are selective and monogamous (and use condoms.) These girls have never had sex. Most will not have sex for years. Many will not be promiscuous and will not need this vaccine.

The other assumption is that sex is a necessary social experience that is divorced from courtship, love, marriage and procreation. On the contrary, a girl’s healthy psychological development is based on her participation in the natural life cycle by having a family. Thus she must consecrate herself sexually for future or potential husband.

Contrary to feminist ideology, women are fulfilled in this way, not by becoming dentists or mechanics. Many feminist organizations are in favor of Gardasil. This is consistent with my view that the hidden agenda of feminism is to undermine marriage and family. Far from fighting the “patriarchy,” feminism shills for the establishment.

Surely it would be less hypocritical (and cheaper) to teach these girls that promiscuity doesn’t make them a woman. On the contrary, it ruins their chances for fulfillment by undermining their ability to bond permanently with their husband (i.e. love a man.)

A young woman shouldn’t need more than a couple of long-term relationships before she finds the right one. She doesn’t need to protect herself like a prostitute would. On the other hand, many politicians and doctors could use some Gardasil.

This gratuitous mass inoculation sets a bad precedent. I don’t want to speculate what excuse they will find for the next one.

Note #1: A report broadcast on NBC-News Saturday showed that Gardasil is being marketed in the US as a vaccine against HPV. One MD in Vermont has a waiting list of 288 girls. In fact, Gardasil prevents only four of about 30 strains of HPV, which represent only 70% of cancer causing HPV’s.  At $360 for the three doses, plus doctor’s fees, there is alot of money at stake in this ruse. This is especially true since some doctors think cervical cancer is caused by feminine products and not HPV.

Note #2: According to Dr. Judith Reisman, more than 80% of newborn American children are being inoculated with a vaccine for Hepatitus B, which is a venereal disease. This is not a threat to children but it is a threat to pedophiles because it identifies children who have been sexually abused by them.
