Oh, joy: The UN wants to build a global police force. It’s really difficult to think of a worse idea.

When last we checked in with Ronald K. Noble, he was enjoying a lucrative career as a reward for helping cover up a crime against humanity in which he was deeply implicated.

In 1994, Noble was appointed undersecretary of the Treasury Department, a position that appears to have been created especially for him by then-Attorney General Janet Reno.

A year earlier, both Reno and Noble had been involved in the decision-making process leading to the April 19 holocaust at Mt. Carmel, in which scores of people were immolated as a result of what at very best could be called the depraved indifference of presiding federal officials.

During the hours leading up to that atrocity, FBI-operated tanks filled the Branch Davidian sanctuary (a combination worship space and living area invariably referred to as a “compound” once it came under federal assault on February 28) with a highly combustible variant of CS gas that was banned for battlefield use by an international treaty.

Around noon, something — an upended Coleman lantern, a badly thrown Molotov cocktail, one of hundreds of “ferret” rounds fired by FBI commandos — ignited a small fire that was quickly propagated into a blaze by the arid Texas prairie wind. Much of the world watched in horror on live television as the sanctuary burned to the ground, bringing to an agonizing end the lives of scores of people trapped within.

The victims had already endured fifty days of torment and ridicule by a government that had attacked their home without legal cause, killing several of their friends in the process. Firemen and other emergency personnel were prevented from reaching the site before the flames had consummated their awful work. This was supposedly done to protect the emergency workers from attack by the people who were being consumed by the fire.

A more plausible explanation is that the people who had arranged that holocaust were trying to keep independent witnesses away from the scene of their crime. Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR) footage of the event provides damning evidence that FBI commandos (and, reportedly, at least a few Delta Force operators) directed automatic weapons fire into the burning sanctuary, cutting off escape routes and cutting down anyone who attempted to flee.

This can’t be good.

A wrongful death lawsuit filed on behalf of Davidian survivors and the estates of the victims listed Noble among the “U.S. Treasury officials” who “planned, organized, and or led” the original February 28 assault against Mt. Carmel, despite knowledge that the warrants were obtained “without probable cause and with defects that rendered them illegal.”

Those same officials, continued the complaint, permitted the assault to proceed “even though they knew that the Davidians were expecting an assault by law enforcement and, thus, were in a state of mortal terror,” and “were so reckless in their preparation for and planning of this assault, that they did not even have a written plan in place prior to conducting the attack.”

Noble was thus deeply involved in the decisions that led to the avoidable deaths of six members of the Branch Davidian sect, and four ATF stormtroopers, on February 28. His involvement in the planning and execution of the siege and the final April 19 assault isn’t as significant. But he played the definitive role in covering up those crimes by serving as the “lead investigator” in the Clinton administration’s internal “inquiry” into the federal atrocities at Waco.

So patently fraudulent was Noble’s “investigation” that a second bogus inquiry was necessary: In 2000, Attorney General Reno chose former Missouri Senator John Danforth to preside over an “independent” investigation that was mounted in what proved to be a successful effort to derail the wrongful death lawsuit cited above.

By that time, however, Noble — who had been given the Alexander Hamilton Award by the Treasury Department, as if anything named after that individual could be construed as an honor — had been given another coveted post with Reno’s help: He was nominated to serve as secretary-general of Interpol, a position he occupies to the present day.

Hey, wait a minute: Where have I seen that same sword-through-the-globe motif before?….

On October 12, Noble’s agency announced that it would be collaborating with the United Nations by providing technical support — including access to voluminous, detailed databases — to UN “peacekeeping” personnel, including those that belong to the world body’s police force, UNPOL.

Noble himself said that his organization is pursuing a “visionary model,” an “alliance of all nations” under a “global police doctrine.” This would, in effect, create the first genuinely planetary police force in human history.

In an address before justice and law enforcement officials from more than 60 nations who had assembled in Singapore, Noble elaborated on that “visionary model”: “In the framework of our partnership with the UN, INTERPOL will provide deployed police peacekeepers with access to the world’s only secure global police communications system; global police databases including names of criminals, fingerprints, DNA profiles, stolen passports, and stolen vehicles; and specialized investigative support in key crime areas, including fugitives, drugs, terrorism, trafficking in human beings, and corruption.”

Apart from some very serious issues of jurisdiction and sovereignty, the most troubling aspect of INTERPOL’s “visionary model” is its potential to help create a UN-directed global panopticon – a “Your Papers, Please” system of world-wide scope.

It would certainly be of great use to the UN’sInternational Criminal Court, a pseudo-judicial body that claims global jurisdiction.

Significantly, one of the “core” offenses recognized in the ICC Statute is genocide, as that offense is defined in the UN’s Genocide Convention. Article II of that instrument describes the offense of genocide as “any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical [sic], racial or religious group”:

“(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part….”

Some very serious and sober people contend that this definition is over-broad. No serious person of a constitutionalist bent considers the UN or its treaties a legitimate source of law.

However, it would be expected that Noble, as someone working to provide that body with a rudimentary global constabulary, would be among those who accept the legitimacy of its treaties.But to do so would put Noble in a completely untenable position: He is directly implicated in an assault that resulted in the near-destruction of an entire religious community, which — by the UN’sdefinition — qualifies as a form of attempted genocide.

At the very least, he is an accessory after the fact to genocide (once again, as defined by the UN).Given the UN’s history, however, that line on Nobel’s resume might actually be counted on the asset side of the ledger.

Former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, who headed the organization’s “peacekeeping” division before being appointed to the top post, was censured in the so-called Carlsson Report on the 1994 Rwandan genocide, which claimed as many as a million lives.

Annan had received detailed advance intelligence about the impending massacres of the Tutsis from both the on-scene UN commander, Canadian Colonel Romeo Dallaire,* and various informants within the Hutu-led government. He nonetheless continued with the program to disarm the Rwandan civilians and ordered Dallaire to burn his own sources by sharing his intelligence with the same regime that was planning the slaughter.

After the report came out in 1999, a group of Rwandan survivors, working with Australian attorney (and former UN investigator) Michael Hourigan, attempted to file a lawsuit against Annan and others implicated in the Rwandan genocide. But, drat the luck, wouldn’t you just know that UN officials are clothed in official immunity for such trivial offenses as aiding and abetting genocide, as long as this is done in an “official capacity.”

So rather than being sued or prosecuted, Annan had to settle for receiving the Nobel Peace Prize. That was the most offensive selection ever made by the Nobel Committee. Well, at least until this year.

Thanks to the near-ubiquity of inconspicuous digital cameras and the technological blessing ofinternet file-sharing sites, Americans are just now coming to realize how commonplace criminal abuse by the police has become — and how difficult it is to hold an abusive police officer accountable for crimes against innocent people. But this is the square root of the problem we would confront in the event that the UN actually created the global police force the foundation of which is being laid by Noble and his comrades.

It’s entirely typical of the UN that its secretary general was implicated in what has been called “the first indisputable genocide since the UN Charter was signed,” and that a key architect of its “crime-fighting” agenda was involved in planning and covering up a quasi-genocidal massacre here in the United States. This is a useful illustration of the fact that even though abolishing the UN wouldn’t solve all or even most of our problems, it’s a badly overdue step in the direction of restoring moral sanity.

*Despite the fact that Col. Dallaire tried to prevent the genocide, he blamed himself for the tragedy, which included the death of many men under his command. He returned to Canada where he descended into alcoholism and suicidal depression, even as Annan was elevated to the post of secretary general. I interviewed Dallaire by telephone several years ago and discovered, to my amazement, that he still believes in the principle of “collective security,” even if he is understandably jaded about the UN as the vessel of that vision.

Organization whose goal is to help the U.S. government “combat terrorism” patrols the streets of Hardin

A private security force whose biggest role is helping the U.S. government to “combat terrorism” is now patrolling the streets of a town in Montana, acting as law enforcement but accountable to nobody and operating completely outside the limitations of the U.S. constitution in a chilling throwback to the brownshirts of Nazi Germany.

The American Police Force organization is a paramilitary unit that “provides surveillance, investigative, and military services across the world,” according to its website, which shows men dressed in military fatigues carrying machine guns.

“As part of our mission, APF plays a critical role in helping the U.S. government meet vital homeland security and national defense needs. Within the last 5 years the United States has been far and away our #1 client. Technologies, programs, and services performed by APF have played a very important role in U.S. military and civilian efforts to protect our homeland and combat terrorism,” the website states.

APF were originally contracted to provide security at a previously empty detention center in Hardin, a small town in Montana, but are now patrolling the streets driving SUV’s with “Police Department” printed on them despite the fact that Hardin doesn’t have a police department. American Police Force has no jurisdiction in the area because it is a private organization, not a police force.

According to Two Rivers Authority officials, having the private security force patrol the streets was not part of the contract. “I have no idea. I really don’t because that’s not been a part of any of the discussions we’ve had with any of them,” Two Rivers Authority’s Al Peterson told KULR 8 News. Peterson said that patrolling the streets was on the “wishlist” of APF’s Captain Michael.

The American Police Force is a shady outfit shrouded in suspicion. According to an Associated Press report, questions over the legitimacy of the organization abound.

“Government contract databases show no record of the company. Security industry representatives and federal officials said they had never heard of it. On its Web site, the company lists as its headquarters a building in Washington near the White House that holds “virtual offices.” A spokeswoman for the building said American Police Force never completed its application to use the address,” reports AP.

Furthermore, APF was tasked with filling the empty Hardin detention center with inmates, without any clear indication of where those prisoners would come from.

“It’s unclear where the company will get the inmates for the jail. Montana says it’s not sending inmates to the jail, and neither are federal officials in the state,” according to the report.

Maybe the inmates will be the local population of Hardin if American Police Force is allowed to continue to pose as a law enforcement outfit in the town, which is exactly what they intend to do for at least another month.

Having a private security force whose stated mission is to help the U.S. government “combat terrorism” patrol the streets of small towns in America without even having the authority to do so from local authorities is obviously a frightening pretext and harks back to the private paramilitary forces that helped Adolf Hitler rise to power in Nazi Germany.

Many fear that if martial law is declared in response to a flu pandemic or other emergency, private security forces such as APF will be used by the government to oppress citizens by operating outside of the law.

This is completely unconstitutional and a flagrant threat to the liberty and security of the population of Hardin. The County Sheriff is effectively breaking the law if he doesn’t immediately kick APF out of the area and end the occupation of the town by a private paramilitary army.

PPJG - Consider this a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to all members of the Senate, all members of the House, and to President Obama.  I am sure you are fully aware of the intent and implications of MOUs, as each of you, in one way or another, uses them to establish the outlining of agreements between yourselves, collectively or individually, concerning the agreements you have made with individuals acting as state’s representatives or agencies; generally to avoid Constitutional prohibitions on your intended actions and in avoidance of the Constitution.  I am using it in quite another fashion as you will see in the following text.

For you, MOUs are the terms and agreements of what, are in fact the first step in contractual agreements. MOUs are most often accompanied by cooperative agreements and funding (bribes) to implement what generally turns out to be egregious assaults to civil rights and liberties to the benefit of the federal government, linked so inextricably to corporate interests and global agreements.

Consider what follows a Memorandum of Understanding between me, Marti J. Oakley, and all of you, collectively cited in the above paragraph.

To Wit:

We (you and I) agree that each and every one of you holds your office as a result of election. And, that as a result of your victory and subsequent oath of office, you were expected to actually represent the people who put their faith and trust in you.  The fact is you have violated this oath at every opportunity regardless of which party you claim allegiance to or which political philosophy you espouse at any given time.

In light of a profound understanding of how you have used and abused this trust and faith, I need you to understand how I (we) perceive you, i.e., your activities, your betrayals of these United States of America, your pandering to corporate interests, your illegal agreements with foreign governments and interests and ultimately what appears to be a very concerted effort to destroy our country and to convert the same into a region in some coveted global plantation.

Consider this a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to all members of the Senate, all members of the House, and to President Obama.

Because the instances of your acts against the people are so numerous, in this MOU, I will address only this one issue:  National Security

Please consider this Memorandum of Understanding No. 2

Please be advised that no cooperative agreement with the anticipated funding (bribe money) will be forthcoming.  You may consider this an “Unfunded Mandate” in the sense that I will never contribute one dime to the re-election efforts of any one of you.  “We” in the following text means “WE THE PEOPLE.”

I (We) understand:

The term “national security” was simply the enabling and justifying of the creation of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which had been long planned and prepared prior to the attacks on 9/11 and has little to no affect on terrorist activities by foreign agents and was never intended as the primary function of this agency. When referring to DHS in this memorandum, it is to be considered inclusive of all the agencies now held and operating under the direction and control of DHS:

I (WE) understand:

We agree (you and I) that “National Security” has a different meaning and intent with regards to the corporation operating as the UNITED STATES, a.k.a., THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter referred to as “the Corporation”, than the meaning and intent as understood by the people of the (50) sovereign states, known as the [united states of America], independent of the Corporation and that with an understanding of this difference in intent and meaning comes the true meaning of “national security” as expressed by the Corporation operating as the federal government.  That if any true and real intent was existing from foreign interests:

1. Our southern border would have been long ago secured; yet you refuse even today to do so, even as millions have admittedly entered the country undetected and illegally.

2. We would not allow the emigration of people from countries you claim are our enemies and we should be fearful of, and;

3. Would not be engaged in arming, or selling with the intent to arm, war weapons of all kinds to nations that you could, at your discretion, decide to wage war against.

I (WE) understand:

1. The Corporation holds the belief and opinion that “we the people” of the (50) sovereign states constitute the greatest threat to the Corporation.

2. That “national security” as expressed by the Corporation is in fact the use of unconstitutional laws and actions to protect the Corporation from “we the people”.

3. That no foreign terrorist, (by their very nature), is or will be concerned with any laws passed concerning these kinds of activities.

4.  That the focus and intent of all expansions and encroachments by the Corporation are;

a) The intent to render the “people” as powerless against the Corporation, and:

b) To create a continuing state of crisis, fear and panic to facilitate acceptance of loss of freedom and liberty with the false claim of intentions: to keep us safe.

c) To redefine PATRIOTISM as only those activities or actions supporting the Corporation; its agencies and activities.

5. That many laws infringing on our civil rights and liberties have been enacted using “national security” as the justification”.

a) The Patriot Act

b) The Security Enhancement Act of 2203 (Pat #2)

c) Sections of the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007; specifically giving the president unilateral authority to label any one, or all of us as “domestic terrorists, further allowing him to:

1. Strip us of our citizenship; denying us access to our judicial system.

2. Deny our right to counsel and due process.

3. Detain us indefinitely without any specific charges.

4. Deny us our right to mount a defense, and;

5. To dispose of us through military tribunal, or other means; at will.

6.  The FISA Act, signed into law July 10, 2008 which increased and condoned the illegal and unwarranted surveillance of communications of all kinds, against American citizens and, which had been conducted;

a)      Outside the legal limitations of the Corporation operating as government,  and,

b)      With full cooperation of tele-communications corporations, and,

c)      Was a “defacto” (i.e., “after the fact”) law,

**The Constitution, Article I, Section 9, Clause 3.

No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

* Bill of Attainder (laws directed against a person or a group that pronounces them guilty of treason or felony and denies recourse to normal legal procedure)

d)    In this case after the crime was committed to make the crime appear lawful and to expand this activity:

e)     Providing retro-active immunity from prosecution for those who colluded with and conspired with the Corporation to deprive the “people” of their Constitutional rights, liberties and protections.

f)      Expressly identified in the Constitution as “prohibited”.

Concluding our understanding:

I (WE) understand that the laws in the above citations, and others too numerous to include in this brief MOU #2, were enacted for the sole purpose of protecting the Corporation from the free and sovereign states and their citizens, and;

That as free and sovereign citizens of the (50) united states make these affirmations:

1. That “patriotism” does not silence free speech,

2. Demand adherence to intrusive and egregious policies and laws;

3. That all activities perpetrated and activated against these same people under the Corporate flag of National Security and corporate control, cease and desist.

4.  That all activities, agencies, agents, and any other operatives be focused and dedicated to the actual defense and security of our nation and cease to be used as tools and weapons against “We the People” with altered intents.

I (WE) understand that YOU, The House, The Senate, and The President (past and current) represent the greatest threat to our sovereignty, our safety and our freedom. That you have, collectively, (past and current) continued to act in opposition to the will of the people in violation of the oaths you took, promising to do otherwise.

That you have conducted a “War of Terror” against the (50) sovereign states and their citizens.  That this offense is and has been committed using the misrepresentation of “patriotism”, “national security” and with intentional manipulation to advance an un-American, anti-sovereign agenda.

I, speaking for myself alone, agree with Senator Inouye completely. My only reservation is that this thought did not continue on and demand that this “shadow government”, which is now at least partially exposed, be immediately disassembled and those involved in its conception, creation and activities be immediately stripped of their citizenship, and declared “domestic terrorists” and a national threat.

I fully support the efforts to stop the re-election of any one of you, and fully support the idea that each of you should be brought to justice for these acts stated and numerous others which have harmed the people of the sovereign but united, states.

We are living in a plutocratic oligarchic society.  There are a small group of wealthy eugenicists who own our political parties, our media, our industry, our military, our economy and our education system.

	The political parties do not represent us, but instead represent an ideology put forward by their funders and their funder’s eugenicist researchers, such as Obama’s Science Czar John P. Holdren.

They put fluoride in our drinking water and tell us brush with fluoride toothpaste twice a day to lower our I.Q.’s and our fertility.  They vaccinate us with syringes full of mercury, squalene and polysorbate to cause brain inflammation and auto-immune diseases which destroy our natural immune system, thereby making us more susceptible to chronic disease.  They spray bromide ions and aluminium dioxide into the atmosphere to lower our I.Q.’s, sterilise us, and give us cancer.  They feed us genetically modified food, interfering with our D.N.A. and reducing the gene pool of the plants and animals we humans need to survive.  They sweeten our drinks with aspartame, an industrial waste product, which lowers I.Q. and interferes with brain function.  They flood our streets with harmful drugs which reduce brain function and induce dependency, amongst a myriad of other health issues.  At the same time, they have banned the cure for cancer; vitamin B-17 which can be found in the pips of apples.  An apple a day keeps cancer away.

They indoctrinate our children between 6 and 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, 40 weeks a year, for up to 15 years.  They own and run all major television, radio and internet communication networks.  They tell us what to think about and how to think about it.  They tell us the world is over populated, that earth cannot sustain 6.5 billion people.  In fact, there is enough room on the land of this planet for every man, woman and child to have 175m by 175m of land each.  We accept the lie of overpopulation because of the rat-maze, prison-like cities which they have created and we find ourselves in.  They tell us global warming is caused by carbon dioxide, when in reality carbon dioxide levels increase after a period of warming has begun, due to the abundance of life which flourishes in warm environments.  Carbon dioxide is what humans breathe out and plants breathe in.  Most life forms on this planet are carbon based and produce or require carbon dioxide in their respiration.  They use the excuse of global warming to increase our taxes and demonise our fellow human beings.  In fact, the entire solar system is going through a period of warming.  Your carbon footprint is not responsible for the melting of the ice-caps of Mars and the frozen seas of Europa.  Global warming is an excuse to reduce population and raise taxes.  They own, fund and operate abortion clinics.

They are the largest contributors to all major political parties, set their policies and thereby control our government.  They pass thousands of laws each year without congressional or parliamentary debate.  They frame political discussion in a false left-right paradigm, thereby dividing the people so as to never allow the people to resist them.  The political parties do not represent us, but instead represent an ideology put forward by their funders and their funder’s eugenicist researchers, such as Obama’s Science Czar John P. Holdren.  They have set up supra-national governmental institutions, such as the United Nations and European Union, to erode our national sovereignty and distance the individual from the political decision making process.

They conduct foreign wars of aggression.  These wars are murder in the name of corporate greed.  They control the oil fields of Iraq and the poppy fields of Afghanistan.  They conduct staged terror attacks and invent phantom enemies to frighten the public into accepting appalling losses of liberty in the name of national security.  Al-Qaeda, in Arabic ‘The Database’, was a list of C.I.A.-Mujahedeen agents who thwarted the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in the 1980’s.  Osama bin Laden was on the C.I.A. payroll until, at least, 1999.  They use the phantoms to force us to accept that our every action is tracked, traced and scanned, that privacy no longer exists, that you have to present your papers on a daily basis, even to purchase cigarettes and alcohol.  All in the name of national security, and the health of our children.

Perhaps most pervasive of all, and the reason for their continued wealth, is their control of the money supply by use of public-private banking partnerships such as the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve.  These institutions are run purely for the benefit of their investors.  They print at least 10 times more money than they have in their reserves.  They lend this money, which is printed out of thin air, to governments and other banks, at interest, on the security of that government’s people and the people’s taxes.  This is why national debt exists; to fund the wealthy elite.  They have created a debt black-hole from which we cannot escape.  This system has led to, and will further lead to the debasement, robbery and rape of our domestic populations.  On a supra-national level, private off-shore banks, such as the I.M.F. and World Bank, impose their will upon poor countries which are in need of financial investment.  These off-shore banks openly control the governments of the countries which are indebted to them.

It is this controlled system of wealth which is in control of our lives.  For this is the truth of our existence; we are slaves.  We are money-slaves, debt-slaves and mind-slaves.  We cannot escape this system until we recognise it for what it is; a plutocratic oligarchic slave system.  And we cannot escape this system until we do something about it.

This is my hope; that each recognise his bonds and rends them asunder, so that each may live their lives with the freedom of the earth, and with love, hope and charity in their hearts.

Freedom is Strength, Ignorance is Slavery, War is Unneccessary.
